At Fresh Face Skin, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Below are the details of our delivery policy:
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
- Standard Post: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Express Post: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Daily Order Cut-Off:
- Orders placed before 2 pm EST (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 pm EST will be dispatched the following business day.
- Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays, on weekends, or Victorian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Please Note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events), Australia Post may experience delays. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods.
Delivery Provider
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Insurance Coverage
- Standard and Express delivery options include coverage up to $100 through Australia Post.
- For orders over $100, we recommend purchasing additional insurance for extra coverage. This option is available at checkout.
Please Note:
- If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with Australia Post.
Risk and Title
- Title of goods passes to you once we receive payment.
- All risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once your order is dispatched. If you are concerned about theft or damage during transit, we recommend considering insurance.
Returns Policy
- If a return is approved, we do not cover postage fees for the return of the product(s).
Public Holidays
Orders made on Australian Victorian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day following the holiday.
