Salon Appointment Cancellation Policy

As a small, appointment-based business, last minute appointment cancellations affect us.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice, reflective of your appointment date/time, to cancel OR reschedule your appointment, to allow us time to refill your spot & to avoid disruption to our business.

Cancellations made 47-25 hours prior to your appointment time, will require a 50% cancellation fee*. Cancellations made 24 hours or less, to your appointment time,  will require a 100% cancellation fee* and are deemed a 'no show'.
*to the amount of the treatment price that you are booked in for.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ALL BOOKINGS:

We will always provide you with the treatment your skin needs, on the day of your appointment. This may not be the skin treatment you originally booked in for - but please understand, your skins long term health & results are always our number 1 priority!

For new clients to our salon or clients we have not seen in-salon for 4+ months, you will need to book in for a 'new client/existing client consult and treatment'. This treatment includes a pre-treatment skin assessment & consult, so we can thoroughly assess your skin and discuss your skin concerns and goals and tailor a customised skin treatment plan and homecare routine, that best suits your skin goals, individual lifestyle and budget.
