Fresh Memberships are designed to make regular skin treatments more manageable by allowing you to pay towards your treatments over time.
Instead of paying for each treatment in full on the day, your membership helps you spread the cost, stay consistent, and keep your skin supported with regular in-salon care.
Your skin results come from consistency, and Fresh Memberships are here to make that consistency feel easier.
Memberships are created in-salon only and can be set up with weekly or fortnightly payments.
We offer various membership options to suit different skin needs, budgets and lifestyles.
Once your membership is set up, the first instalment is paid on the day, with weekly or fortnightly instalments continuing from there.
How Fresh Rewards Work
Earn rewards on eligible in-salon treatments.
Once you reach $1,000 in eligible treatment spend within 12 months, you’ll receive a $10 in-salon reward.
Your reward can be used towards your next eligible in-salon treatment.
Rewards must be used within 6 months of being issued. Rewards can only be redeemed once a $10 credit has become available - our front-of-house team will notify you of this.
Fresh Rewards can only be redeemed on eligible treatments and cannot be used on products, memberships, treatment packs, gift vouchers, deposits, add-ons, or promotional services.
Example - If your average treatment is around $190, this is how your rewards may build:
5 treatments = approx. $950 treatment spend
6 treatments = approx. $1,140 treatment spend
This means by your sixth treatment, you may unlock a $10 salon reward to use towards your next eligible treatment.
Fresh Face Skin Membership Terms & Conditions
Fresh Face Skin In-Salon Treatment Memberships can only be purchased in-salon and are treatment-based memberships and not dollar-based accounts or credit systems.
Treatments included within the membership have been specifically recommended by your skin therapist as part of your personalised treatment plan. If a treatment is changed on the day, any price difference will not be carried forward, credited, refunded or applied to future services.
Treatment intervals form part of the recommended treatment plan and have been carefully selected to support both safety and results.
To ensure the best possible outcomes, clients are expected to follow the recommended home care, topical skincare routine, and internal supplement plan provided by their therapist where applicable. Proper skin preparation plays an important role in ensuring treatments can be safely performed as planned.
Should the skin present with signs of barrier impairment, inflammation, sensitivity, contraindications, or any condition that may increase the risk of an adverse reaction, Fresh Face Skin reserves the right to modify, postpone, or substitute the scheduled treatment on the day of the appointment.
This may apply to advanced treatments such as Skin Needling, IPL, RF Age Defying, Chemical Peels, or other corrective treatments where the skin is not considered suitably prepared or safe to proceed.
Where a treatment change is required for safety reasons, an alternative treatment may be performed at the therapist's discretion. Clients acknowledge that the replacement treatment may be of a lower value than the treatment originally included within the membership, and no credit, refund, carry-forward value, or adjustment will apply.
Should you need to reschedule a pre-booked membership appointment, you must contact Fresh Face Skin directly on 0497 730 890. Due to treatment timing requirements and membership expiry limitations, online rescheduling may not always be suitable.
Clients acknowledge that changes to pre-booked appointments may impact their ability to complete all treatments within the membership expiry period.
Where appointments are moved outside the recommended treatment intervals, Fresh Face Skin reserves the right to adjust, postpone or modify future treatments where required for safety, skin health, treatment efficacy, or therapist recommendation.
Fresh Face Skin's standard cancellation policy applies to all membership appointments.
Treatment plans may be adjusted by Fresh Face Skin throughout the membership period if your skin condition, contraindications, goals, medical circumstances, lifestyle factors, or therapist recommendations change.
Once a Fresh Face Skin In-Salon Treatment Membership has been purchased and activated, it forms part of an agreed treatment and payment plan and must be completed in accordance with these Membership Terms and Conditions.
