Perks to Utilising the AGlow in Salon Membership

  Affordability and Flexibility - You can set up payments that best suit your lifestyle and pay cycle, spreading the cost into smaller, more manageable weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments, making budgeting for your in-salon skin treatments and results easier.

  Enhanced skin results - Consistency is key. Memberships enable you to access your recommended treatments consistently over the long term, making it more achievable to reach your skin goals. By pre-booking your in-salon treatments based on your customised treatment plan and membership, we can provide you with the best skin results possible.

Fresh Face Skin AGlow Membership Cancellation Policy:

As a small, appointment-based business, last-minute appointment cancellations affect us significantly.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice, relative to your appointment date/time, to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to refill your spot and avoid disruption to our business.

AGlow membership appointment cancellations or reschedules made within the 48-hour cancellation period (47-1 hours prior to your appointment) will require a 100% cancellation fee and are deemed a 'no show'.

Fresh Face Skin AGlow Terms & Conditions:

• Please refer to Aglow T&Cs for all information on payments, missed payments, and membership agreements.
  
  
• To change payment dates, request tech support, or handle other membership inquiries, you must contact the Aglow customer care team directly.
  
  
• Once your membership has been agreed to, we cannot change the skin treatments within the membership pack.
  
  
• For all 3-month memberships, treatments must be completed within this 3-month timeframe (beginning from the first booked membership treatment).
  
  
• We offer 3-month memberships only, which can include 1-6 treatments within the timeframe (either 2-12 week intervals, as recommended by your therapist and agreed upon in your treatment plan and membership plan). All memberships must adhere to this treatment frequency.
  
  
• Treatments must be used within the designated 3-month period and cannot be carried over.
  
  
• All Fresh Face Skin AGlow memberships include a processing/admin fee set via Aglow, included within your membership payments. This includes:
  • An establishment fee (added to the first payment) of $9.90
  • A transaction fee of 0.29% of the payment total per payment
