I've noticed sometimes the smell of this cleanser can change with new purchases. Why is this?

Here at Fresh Face Skin, we use only 100% natural ingredients. Depending on the climate and season, plants and fruit smell and colour can be altered, which means the natural plant and fruit-based ingredients that we use within each batch, can also be altered. This is why at times, our natural lime scent may be a little more sweet or frag-ranted than other times and why the colour of this product can alter slightly.

Is this cleanser OK to use for younger skins?

If the skin is suffering from active, inflamed acne, yes. Pairing this with our Soother cleanser - for morning use - focusing on a gentle, barrier-focus skin cleanse then using the Healer cleanser at night - for a deep clean, focusing on cleaning out pores and clearing bacteria, will work wonders!

Will the Healer cleanser cause surface skin dryness and dehydration?

Our Healer cleaner is gel-based, however contains gentle, nourishing natural ingredients, to deeply cleanse the skin, without leaving it stripped. If you ever notice surface skin dryness and tightness after use, we recommend pulling back on the Healer cleanser use. All skins are different and depending on your skins natural oil production, will depend on how your skin tolerates the Healer cleanser. Listen to your skin.
