Charcoal Powder

A fine, odorless black powder from burnt wood, coco palm, or bamboo. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties to clear breakouts, calm irritations, and improve skin texture and brightness.

Melaleuca Ericifolia Leaf Oil

Also known as ‘Lavender Tea Tree,’ this Australian native combines Tea Tree’s antibacterial power with Lavender’s soothing properties, helping to clear surface acne quickly.

Glycine Soja Oil (Soybean Oil)

Rich in minerals and vitamin E, this oil conditions and firms the skin.

Betain

A natural foaming agent derived from coconut oil, it effectively removes dirt and oil without stripping the skin, unlike artificial foaming agents.

Glycolic Acid

A natural fruit acid from cane sugar with antibacterial properties. It controls oil flow, lightens post-acne discoloration, and exfoliates the surface while penetrating deep to speed up healing.

How to use

Apply 1 x pea-sized amount to wet hands, lather until product turns to a foam consistency and apply to the entire face and neck. Massage for 30-60 seconds and rinse. Follow with your Fresh Face Skin Treatment/s and Enhancer/s of choice.

When to use

For a combination-oily skin - We recommend using 1x daily, at night, for a deeper skin cleanse and use our Soother cleanser in the morning, for a gentle, calming cleanse to start your day.

Why is this cleanser black?

The charcoal ingredient within this cleanser, causes this cleanser to be black in colour! It is thanks to this ingredient, that this cleanser can calm surface redness and inflammation, while having a deep clean action within the pores, to help clear bacteria and pore build up!

I've noticed sometimes the smell of this cleanser can change with new purchases. Why is this?

Here at Fresh Face Skin, we use only 100% natural ingredients. Depending on the climate and season, plants and fruit smell and colour can be altered, which means the natural plant and fruit-based ingredients that we use within each batch, can also be altered. This is why at times, our natural lime scent may be a little more sweet or frag-ranted than other times and why the colour of this product can alter slightly.

Is this cleanser OK to use for younger skins?

If the skin is suffering from active, inflamed acne, yes. Pairing this with our Soother cleanser - for morning use - focusing on a gentle, barrier-focus skin cleanse then using the Healer cleanser at night - for a deep clean, focusing on cleaning out pores and clearing bacteria, will work wonders!

Will the Healer cleanser cause surface skin dryness and dehydration?

Our Healer cleaner is gel-based, however contains gentle, nourishing natural ingredients, to deeply cleanse the skin, without leaving it stripped. If you ever notice surface skin dryness and tightness after use, we recommend pulling back on the Healer cleanser use. All skins are different and depending on your skins natural oil production, will depend on how your skin tolerates the Healer cleanser. Listen to your skin.
