L22
A blend of natural oils derived from jojoba, macadamia, and olive, designed to mimic the skin's surface lipid profile to that of a 22-year-old. The lipid barrier is responsible for the overall recovery and maintenance of our skin's health. Think of it as an invisible wall on the surface of the skin, that protects the skin from water loss, environmental damage (such as pollution, sun, wind), and bacteria. As we age, our skin's natural oil flow slows down; leading to drier skin and deterioration of this lipid barrier function. L22 is clinically proven to rebuild the skin's lipid barrier profile back to a healthy 22-year-old barrier function, helping to increase moisture and hydration levels within the skin - plumping and smoothing fine lines, while reducing redness and sensitivity, and increasing skin elasticity and firmness.
