I have always had such a passion for skin! Treating skin and getting real results for my clients and their skin concerns!
It’s why I started my journey with Fresh Face Skin product range – I wanted to take the complicated out of skincare, while providing real results for my clients.
However… Sometimes introducing skincare isn’t quite enough! Our skin may need a little extra, in order to correct and improve the way it functions from within, which is where we can get real, long lasting results!
As I’m sure you’ve heard me mention before – professional skin treatments are a real ‘PT workout’ for your skin! Each skin treatment we offer in-salon, focuses on different ways to exercise your skin, helping it to perform at its most optimal level from within.

Designed for clients returning after 4+ months, this treatment includes a 15-min consult and observe analysis for an accurate skin diagnosis.

We start by taking Observe skin analysis images to assess your skin’s underlying health - at all layers. From there, we listen to your concerns and explain what your skin is doing and why - including common changes linked to lifestyle and how to support your skin both internally and externally.
From there, we will then create a tailored skincare routine and treatment plan, if you are open to this, that suits your concerns, lifestyle, and budget.
*Please note - our strict 48 hour cancellation policy is applied to this booking.

For all new clients, we offer a free skin consultation, followed by a skin treatment best suited to your skin needs, for your first appointment. This gives us a chance to discuss your skin concerns and goals and for us as therapists, to see your skin in person. From there, we will choose the most appropriate skin treatment for your individual skin concerns & needs and go through home care (product) recommendations and a treatment plan, so you walk away with all know knowledge and tools to get your skin back on track!

Prior to booking, please ensure you understand our policies and terms, including our booking and cancellation policy, as well as payment terms and options.
As a small, appointment-based business, last minute appointment cancellations affect us.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice, reflective of your appointment date/time, to cancel OR reschedule your appointment, to allow us time to refill your spot & to avoid disruption to our business.
Cancellations made 47-25 hours prior to your appointment time, will require a 50% cancellation fee*. Cancellations made 24 hours or less, to your appointment time, will require a 100% cancellation fee* and are deemed a 'no show'.
*to the amount of the treatment price that you are booked in for.
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ALL BOOKINGS:
We will always provide you with the treatment your skin needs, on the day of your appointment. This may not be the skin treatment you originally booked in for - but please understand, your skins long term health & results are always our number 1 priority!
For new clients to our salon or clients we have not seen in-salon for 4+ months, you will need to book in for a 'new client/existing client consult and treatment'. This treatment includes a pre-treatment skin assessment & consult, so we can thoroughly assess your skin and discuss your skin concerns and goals and tailor a customised skin treatment plan and homecare routine, that best suits your skin goals, individual lifestyle and budget.

Affordability and Flexibility - You can set up payments that best suit your lifestyle and pay cycle, spreading the cost into smaller, more manageable weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments, making budgeting for your in-salon skin treatments and results easier.
Enhanced skin results - Consistency is key. Memberships enable you to access your recommended treatments consistently over the long term, making it more achievable to reach your skin goals. By pre-booking your in-salon treatments based on your customised treatment plan and membership, we can provide you with the best skin results possible.
Fresh Face Skin AGlow Membership Cancellation Policy:
As a small, appointment-based business, last-minute appointment cancellations affect us significantly.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice, relative to your appointment date/time, to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to refill your spot and avoid disruption to our business.
AGlow membership appointment cancellations or reschedules made within the 48-hour cancellation period (47-1 hours prior to your appointment) will require a 100% cancellation fee and are deemed a 'no show'.
*We will redeem this treatment from your membership pack.
Fresh Face Skin AGlow Terms & Conditions:
- Please refer to Aglow T&Cs for all information on payments, missed payments, and membership agreements.
- To change payment dates, request tech support, or handle other membership inquiries, you must contact the Aglow customer care team directly.
- Once your membership has been agreed to, we cannot change the skin treatments within the membership pack.
- For all 3-month memberships, treatments must be completed within this 3-month timeframe (beginning from the first booked membership treatment).
- We offer 3-month memberships only, which can include 1-6 treatments within the timeframe (either 2-12 week intervals, as recommended by your therapist and agreed upon in your treatment plan and membership plan). All memberships must adhere to this treatment frequency.
- Treatments must be used within the designated 3-month period and cannot be carried over.
- All Fresh Face Skin AGlow memberships include a processing/admin fee set via Aglow, included within your membership payments. This includes:
- A one-time establishment fee of $9.90 will be added to your first membership payment. This fee is waived if you choose to roll over your membership for another 3-month term within 30 days of your membership ending. If more than 30 days pass before renewing, the $9.90 establishment fee will apply again.
- A transaction fee of 0.29% of the payment total per payment
Fresh Face Skin Salon Afterpay Terms & Conditions For Use In Salon:
AfterPay fees are significantly higher than any other payment method we offer, more than 5 times the cost/percentage of regular EFTPOS fees!
We welcome you to use AfterPay, however, if you wish to use AfterPay in salon, please note there will be a 5% fee charged and a min order value of $200.
AfterPay is ONLY available under the following terms and conditions:
- Pre-approval from AfterPay is required before the service begins.
- We reserve the right to change the price of the service or decline AfterPay if it is requested after the service has begun.
AfterPay cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions. - Any refunds required from a transaction which was processed via AfterPay must be processed through AfterPay. If a refund is required, we can guide you through this process however the refund is subject to AfterPay timeframes, fees, terms and conditions.
