A Conversation with Michelle Brenton, Naturopath and Nutritionist

I’m thrilled to share highlights from a recent conversation with Michelle Brenton, an inspiring naturopath, clinical nutritionist, and herbalist who joined me as the first guest on our podcast series. Michelle’s career spans over two decades, with expertise in wellness and natural health practices. Together with her husband, who is also a naturopath, Michelle has built an impressive career that includes clinical practice, health food stores, and manufacturing natural products. Talking to Michelle gave me fresh insights into the importance of true wellness, especially in the areas of skin health and internal balance.

Michelle’s journey into natural health was more than a career path; it was a calling. "My husband and I embarked on this journey over 20 years ago, knowing it was what we were meant to do. We wanted to help people achieve real wellness," she shared. Early on, they saw how many clients struggled with health issues linked to gut health and nutrition. “We kept seeing patients with chronic diseases, autoimmune conditions, and skin issues. Many people think they're eating well, but they’re not absorbing nutrients properly due to gut permeability," Michelle explained.

Gut health, Michelle emphasized, is foundational for skin health and overall well-being. “Everything starts with the gut,” she said. "If you're not absorbing nutrients properly, it can lead to inflammation, which often manifests in skin conditions." For anyone dealing with persistent skin issues, Michelle recommends looking at nutrition and gut health to support the skin from the inside out.

IMG: Michelle Benton Cell Charge

I’ve also personally incorporated Michelle’s supplement, Cell Charge, into my own routine, and I’m excited to share how it has enhanced my health and skin. Cell Charge was initially developed to help Michelle’s patients absorb nutrients more effectively and address chronic health issues, and it has since become a powerful supplement for general wellness. As Michelle described, “Cell Charge is a foundational product. It’s got all the micronutrients which help everything work better. When the body has what it needs to absorb and use nutrients, it impacts every part of health—including skin.”

Here are some incredible facts Michelle shared about Cell Charge and its benefits:

  1. Powerful Nutrient Absorption: Cell Charge contains fulvic acid, a naturally occurring compound that enhances the absorption of nutrients. Fulvic acid has the unique ability to transport nutrients directly into cells, increasing the body’s ability to absorb vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants by up to 60 times. This boost in absorption is particularly valuable for those with compromised gut health, as it ensures nutrients reach the cells where they’re needed most.

  2. Antioxidant Powerhouse: Cell Charge is packed with 22 types of antioxidants, which combat free radicals and reduce oxidative stress—a major factor in skin aging and inflammation. “If we’ve got more antioxidants, we’ve got less inflammation, which means healthier cells and healthier skin,” Michelle explained. These antioxidants support cell health and renewal, which can lead to a more radiant, youthful complexion.

  3. Detoxifying and Anti-inflammatory Effects: Fulvic acid in Cell Charge binds to toxins and helps flush them from the body, reducing the load on the liver and kidneys. This detoxifying effect, combined with anti-inflammatory properties, can significantly benefit skin clarity and reduce blemishes. For people with sensitive or acne-prone skin, the anti-inflammatory support helps soothe redness and irritation.

  4. Polyphenolic Compounds for Gut Health: Cell Charge contains polyphenols, which are beneficial plant compounds that nourish the gut microbiome. A healthy gut microbiome is essential for skin health, as it supports digestion and reduces toxins in the body that can lead to breakouts. “Polyphenols are the powerhouses of antioxidants. They feed the good bacteria in the gut, which then influences everything from skin clarity to immune function,” Michelle noted.

  5. Energy and Immune Boosting: Many users of Cell Charge report higher energy levels and a stronger immune system, as it delivers essential minerals, amino acids, and electrolytes. This support benefits skin indirectly, as balanced energy and immunity promote healing and resilience against environmental stressors.

For me, Cell Charge has made a noticeable difference. I have more energy, better sleep, and even a more radiant complexion. Knowing that it’s all-natural, sustainably sourced, and carefully processed to retain all its beneficial properties, I can feel confident recommending it to anyone on a wellness journey.

Michelle’s holistic perspective on health is so refreshing.

“Wellness isn’t just about what we eat; it’s about what we absorb,” she emphasized.

True skin health and inner balance start with nourishing our bodies mindfully. Michelle’s approach has inspired me to dive even deeper into my wellness journey, and I hope it inspires you too.
