I have always had such a passion for skin! Treating skin and getting real results for my clients and their skin concerns!
It’s why I started my journey with Fresh Face Skin product range – I wanted to take the complicated out of skincare, while providing real results for my clients.
However… Sometimes introducing skincare isn’t quite enough! Our skin may need a little extra, in order to correct and improve the way it functions from within, which is where we can get real, long lasting results!

We start by taking Observe skin analysis images to assess your skin’s underlying health - at all layers. From there, we listen to your concerns and explain what your skin is doing and why - including common changes linked to lifestyle and how to support your skin both internally and externally.
From there, we will then create a tailored skincare routine and treatment plan, if you are open to this, that suits your concerns, lifestyle, and budget.

We get an understanding of why they have an interest in skincare, what they have seen or heard & then ‘de bunk’ some of the false or dangerous information they may have been influenced by, to ensure that as a young person, they are treating their skin with respect & a gentle approach - ensuring that they build healthy, basic routines that will only nourish their skin further, using the power of natural ingredients, without causing damage on a young skin!

Fresh Memberships are designed to help you pay towards your treatments over time, in regular weekly or fortnightly installments, so regular skin care feels easier to maintain.

Your reward can be used towards your next eligible in-salon treatment.
Rewards must be used within 6 months of being issued. Rewards can only be redeemed once a $10 credit has become available - our front-of-house team will notify you of this.
Fresh Rewards can only be redeemed on eligible treatments and cannot be used on products, memberships, treatment packs, gift vouchers, deposits, add-ons, or promotional services.
Example - If your average treatment is around $190, this is how your rewards may build:

For all new clients, we offer a free skin consultation, followed by a skin treatment best suited to your skin needs, for your first appointment. This gives us a chance to discuss your skin concerns and goals and for us as therapists, to see your skin in person. From there, we will choose the most appropriate skin treatment for your individual skin concerns & needs and go through home care (product) recommendations and a treatment plan, so you walk away with all know knowledge and tools to get your skin back on track!

Terms & Conditions
Prior to booking, please ensure you understand our policies and terms, including our booking and cancellation policy, as well as payment terms and options.
As a small, appointment-based business, last minute appointment cancellations affect us.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice, reflective of your appointment date/time, to cancel OR reschedule your appointment, to allow us time to refill your spot & to avoid disruption to our business.
Cancellations made 47-25 hours prior to your appointment time, will require a 50% cancellation fee*. Cancellations made 24 hours or less, to your appointment time, will require a 100% cancellation fee* and are deemed a 'no show'.

We will always provide you with the treatment your skin needs, on the day of your appointment. This may not be the skin treatment you originally booked in for - but please understand, your skins long term health & results are always our number 1 priority!
For new clients to our salon or clients we have not seen in-salon for 4+ months, you will need to book in for a 'new client/existing client consult and treatment'. This treatment includes a pre-treatment skin assessment & consult, so we can thoroughly assess your skin and discuss your skin concerns and goals and tailor a customised skin treatment plan and homecare routine, that best suits your skin goals, individual lifestyle and budget.
Fresh Perks is our salon rewards and membership program, designed to help you stay consistent with your skin treatments while enjoying exclusive in-salon benefits along the way.
It’s our way of giving you added support, flexible options and rewards, making it easier to prioritise your in-salon skin treatments.

Fresh Face Skin Membership Terms & Conditions
- Fresh Face Skin In-Salon Treatment Memberships can only be purchased in-salon and are treatment-based memberships, not dollar-based accounts or credit systems.
- Treatments included within the membership have been specifically recommended by your skin therapist as part of your personalised treatment plan. If a treatment is changed on the day, any price difference will not be carried forward, credited, refunded or applied to future services.
- Treatment intervals form part of the recommended treatment plan and have been carefully selected to support both safety and results.
- To ensure the best possible outcomes, clients are expected to follow the recommended home care, topical skincare routine and internal supplement plan provided by their therapist where applicable. Proper skin preparation plays an important role in ensuring treatments can be safely performed as planned.
- Should the skin present with signs of barrier impairment, inflammation, sensitivity, contraindications, or any condition that may increase the risk of an adverse reaction, Fresh Face Skin reserves the right to modify, postpone or substitute the scheduled treatment on the day of the appointment.
- This may apply to advanced treatments such as Skin Needling, IPL, RF Age Defying, Chemical Peels or other corrective treatments where the skin is not considered suitably prepared or safe to proceed.
- Where a treatment change is required for safety reasons, an alternative treatment may be performed at the therapist’s discretion. Clients acknowledge that the replacement treatment may be of a lower value than the treatment originally included within the membership, and no credit, refund, carry-forward value or adjustment will apply.
- Should you need to reschedule a pre-booked membership appointment, you must contact Fresh Face Skin directly on 0497 730 890. Due to treatment timing requirements and membership expiry limitations, online rescheduling may not always be suitable.
- Clients acknowledge that changes to pre-booked appointments may impact their ability to complete all treatments within the membership expiry period.
- Where appointments are moved outside the recommended treatment intervals, Fresh Face Skin reserves the right to adjust, postpone or modify future treatments where required for safety, skin health, treatment efficacy or therapist recommendation.
- Fresh Face Skin’s standard cancellation policy applies to all membership appointments.
- Treatment plans may be adjusted by Fresh Face Skin throughout the membership period if your skin condition, contraindications, goals, medical circumstances, lifestyle factors or therapist recommendations change.
- Once a Fresh Face Skin In-Salon Treatment Membership has been purchased and activated, it forms part of an agreed treatment and payment plan and must be completed in accordance with these Membership Terms and Conditions.
Fresh Face Skin Salon Afterpay Terms & Conditions For Use In Salon:
AfterPay fees are significantly higher than any other payment method we offer, more than 5 times the cost/percentage of regular EFTPOS fees!
We welcome you to use AfterPay, however, if you wish to use AfterPay in salon, please note there will be a 5% fee charged and a min order value of $200.
AfterPay is ONLY available under the following terms and conditions:
- Pre-approval from AfterPay is required before the service begins.
- We reserve the right to change the price of the service or decline AfterPay if it is requested after the service has begun.
AfterPay cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions. - Any refunds required from a transaction which was processed via AfterPay must be processed through AfterPay. If a refund is required, we can guide you through this process however the refund is subject to AfterPay timeframes, fees, terms and conditions.
