Unlike a traditional money-back guarantee, the Fresh Face Skin Risk-Free Skin Journey includes personalised guidance from our qualified Dermal Clinicians to help ensure you're using your products correctly and giving your skin the best opportunity to respond.

• Purchase online through Fresh Face Skin.

What's Included

Eligible customers will receive:

• 15% off the already discounted Hydrate Me Starter Pack or Barrier Pack.
• Up to two (2) complimentary online skin check-ins via Zoom with a qualified Fresh Face Skin Dermal Clinician.
• Your first online skin check-in will be scheduled approximately two (2) weeks after your purchase.
• A second online skin check-in may be offered approximately four (4) weeks after purchase, if clinically recommended or requested.

These online skin check-ins are designed to ensure you're using your products correctly, answer any questions you may have, make adjustments where appropriate, and provide ongoing professional support throughout your skin journey.

Booking Your Online Skin Check-ins

Fresh Face Skin will contact you to arrange your complimentary online skin check-in(s).

It is your responsibility to attend your scheduled appointment or provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.

Failure to attend your required Week 2 online skin check-in without prior notice may result in you becoming ineligible for the Risk-Free Skin Journey refund.

Our Risk-Free Promise

If, after using your products as directed and attending the required online support appointment(s), you feel your Hydrate Me Starter Pack or Barrier Pack is not the right fit for your skin, you may request a refund under our Risk-Free Skin Journey.

If you meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions, you will receive:

• A 100% refund of the amount paid for your eligible pack (after the 15% promotional discount has been applied).
• You are welcome to keep the products.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for the Risk-Free Skin Journey refund, you must:

• Attend your complimentary Week 2 online skin check-in via Zoom.
• Use the products as directed by your Fresh Face Skin Dermal Therapist throughout your Risk-Free Skin Journey.
• Raise any concerns or lack of progress during your Week 2 consultation, allowing our team the opportunity to assess your skin, answer your questions, and provide personalised recommendations before a final decision is made.
• Submit your refund request in writing via email within five (5) weeks of your original online purchase date.

Customers may also attend the optional Week 4 online skin check-in if recommended by their Dermal Clinician or if they would like additional support before making a final decision.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must:

• Be submitted via email to info@freshfaceskin.com.au within five (5) weeks of the original online purchase date.
• Include your order number.
• Briefly explain why you feel the products were not the right fit for your skin.

Refund requests received after the five-week period will not be eligible for this offer.

Risk-Free Skin Journey Limit

The Fresh Face Skin Risk-Free Skin Journey is available once per customer and applies to a single purchase of either the Hydrate Me Starter Pack or Barrier Pack.

Customers who receive a refund under this offer will no longer be eligible to participate in the Risk-Free Skin Journey or claim a future refund under this promotion.

Customers are welcome to purchase Fresh Face Skin products again in the future; however, any subsequent purchases will be subject to Fresh Face Skin's standard Returns & Refund Policy.

General Conditions

• This offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Fresh Face Skin reserves the right to decline or cancel participation in the Risk-Free Skin Journey where we reasonably believe the offer is being misused, abused, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
