Our complimentary online skin consults are offered as a goodwill service and are hosted by our qualified skin therapists. While these consults are free of charge, they do take up valuable clinician time.

We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Your booking will be managed via Fresha, out booking system and you will receive automated confirmation reminders prior to your consult.

Please note:
If your appointment is not confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consult time, the booking will be automatically cancelled and forfeited.
