Fresh Face Skin 9th Birthday Sale – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Fresh Face Skin 9th Birthday Sale and associated promotions.

By placing an order during the Birthday Sale promotional period, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. 24-Hour Birthday Sale

• The Fresh Face Skin Birthday Sale runs for 24 hours only, commencing at 12:00 am AEST on Saturday, 29 August 2026 and closing at 11:59 pm AEST on Saturday, 29 August 2026.

• Customers will receive 30% off eligible products sitewide during the promotional period.

• The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

• The Birthday Sale is online only at freshfaceskin.com.au.

• Gift vouchers, salon treatments, consultations and any other products or services specifically stated as excluded are not included in the 30% discount.

• Use of Gift Cards & Loyalty Rewards: Online gift cards, loyalty points, rewards and promotional codes cannot be redeemed during the 30% off Birthday Sale. This is due to checkout limitations associated with the automatic sitewide discount. No exceptions can be made during the promotional period. Gift cards and eligible loyalty rewards can be used again once the sale has ended.

• The Birthday Sale cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion or offer unless otherwise stated.

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

• Products are available while stocks last. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock.

• Fresh Face Skin reserves the right to cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing, technical or website error, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.

2. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Birthday Sale purchases are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds or exchanges.

This does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

3. Shipping

• Standard Australia Post shipping will apply to all Birthday Sale orders.

• Fresh Face Skin's applicable flat-rate shipping charges will apply based on the relevant order-value thresholds displayed at checkout.

• Express shipping will not be available during the Birthday Sale.

• Due to the increased volume of orders during the Birthday Sale, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.

• Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post's standard delivery network and services.

4. Win One Year of Fresh Face Skin

Eligible Birthday Sale orders will automatically receive entries into the Win One Year of Fresh Face Skin prize draw based on the qualifying order value.

The prize draw is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who place an eligible order during the Birthday Sale promotional period.

Entries are allocated per eligible order as follows:

• Spend $120+ – 1 entry

• Spend $160+ – 5 entries

• Spend $225+ – 10 entries

• Spend $400+ – 25 entries

• Spend $500+ – 25 entries

The applicable spend threshold is based on the final product subtotal after the Birthday Sale discount has been applied and excluding shipping charges.

Entries are not cumulative between tiers. Customers will receive the total number of entries associated with the highest spend threshold reached by that individual order. For example, an eligible $225 order receives 10 total entries, not 1 + 5 + 10 entries.

Separate orders cannot be combined to reach a higher entry tier.

There is no additional entry fee beyond purchasing eligible products during the Birthday Sale.

Employees of Fresh Face Skin and people directly involved in conducting the promotion are not eligible to enter.

5. One Year of Fresh Face Skin Prize

There will be one winner.

The winner will receive Fresh Face Skin products of their choice to a maximum total retail value of $1,000 AUD.

The prize:

• is limited to a maximum retail value of $1,000 AUD;

• consists of Fresh Face Skin products available at the time the prize is arranged;

• cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or another prize;

• cannot be transferred or gifted to another person;

• will be organised and placed directly by Fresh Face Skin once the winner's product selection has been confirmed; and

• is not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Fresh Face Skin will arrange delivery of the prize directly to the winner at no additional cost.

Products selected by the winner must not exceed the maximum $1,000 AUD prize value. Any unused portion of the $1,000 value will not be provided as cash or store credit.

6. Prize Draw & Winner Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Birthday Sale promotional period.

The draw will take place on Tuesday, 15 September 2026 at Fresh Face Skin in Victoria.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The winner will:

• be contacted directly using the email address attached to their qualifying order; and

• be announced through Fresh Face Skin's social media channels.

The winner does not need to be present at the draw.

Fresh Face Skin will make reasonable efforts to identify and contact the winner.

If the winner cannot be identified or contacted after reasonable efforts and within a reasonable claim period, Fresh Face Skin may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable trade promotion requirements.

Any redraw will be conducted randomly from the remaining eligible entries.

The prize will be arranged and supplied within the period required by applicable law.

7. Free Gift – Orders $225+

Customers whose eligible Birthday Sale order reaches $225 or more can choose one complimentary gift from the three Birthday Sale gift options presented at the time of purchase.

• One complimentary gift is available per qualifying order.

• The gift must be selected when placing the qualifying order.

• Gifts are subject to availability and available while stocks last.

• Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged, returned, transferred or redeemed for cash or store credit, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

• Separate orders cannot be combined to qualify for a complimentary gift.

• For orders over $225, if more than one eligible gift product is in your cart, the free gift will apply to the lowest-priced eligible item.
• Free gifts are available strictly while stocks last. Once gift stock is exhausted, no alternative or substitute gift will be provided.

8. Complimentary Restorative Sculpt – Victorian Orders $500+

Victorian customers who place an eligible Birthday Sale order of $500 or more will also receive one complimentary Restorative Sculpt treatment, valued at $200, at the Fresh Face Skin salon in Kilsyth, Victoria.

This is an additional promotional benefit for qualifying Victorian $500+ orders and does not increase the number of prize draw entries above 25 entries.

To qualify:

• the qualifying Birthday Sale order must total $500 or more after the Birthday Sale discount and before shipping;

• the customer must reside in Victoria; and

• the treatment must be redeemed by the qualifying customer at Fresh Face Skin's Kilsyth salon.

The complimentary Restorative Sculpt voucher will become valid from Wednesday, 2 September 2026, allowing time for qualifying customers to receive their Birthday Sale order and voucher.

The complimentary treatment:

• is limited to one treatment per qualifying order;

• cannot be transferred to another person;

• cannot be exchanged for another treatment, product, cash or store credit;

• is subject to appointment availability;

• must be booked and redeemed between 2 September 2026 and 28 October 2026 inclusive; and
  

• Complimentary Restorative Sculpt treatments are subject to availability and can only be booked during the following times:
  Tuesday 8am–4pm
  Wednesday 8am–4pm
  Thursday 9am–3pm
  Friday 7:30am–3pm
  Saturday 9am–12pm.
  We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred appointment time.
• Fresh Face Skin has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If your complimentary Restorative Sculpt appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the complimentary treatment will be forfeited and the gift voucher will become invalid and cannot be redeemed at a later date.

• Treatment remains subject to Fresh Face Skin's usual treatment suitability and consultation requirements.

If Fresh Face Skin determines that the Restorative Sculpt treatment is not suitable for the recipient, the complimentary treatment may be substituted for a Kansa Wand Treatment, where deemed appropriate by our team.

9. New Customer $30 Fresh Rewards

Customers placing their first-ever online Fresh Face Skin order during the Birthday Sale will receive $30 in Fresh Rewards credited to their Fresh Face Skin customer account.

The Fresh Rewards:

• can be redeemed for $30 off a future eligible online Fresh Face Skin order;

• cannot be applied to the Birthday Sale order on which they were earned;

• cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion, sale or offer;

• cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash; and

• are available only to the customer who placed the qualifying Birthday Sale order.

To access and redeem the $30 Fresh Rewards, the customer must sign in to or create a Fresh Face Skin account using the same email address used to place their qualifying Birthday Sale order.

For the purpose of this promotion, a new customer is a customer who has not previously placed an online order with Fresh Face Skin before their qualifying Birthday Sale purchase.

10. Existing Customer $20 Reward

Existing Fresh Face Skin online customers who place an eligible Birthday Sale order will receive a $20 reward code to use towards their next eligible online Fresh Face Skin order.

For the purpose of this promotion, an existing customer is a customer who has previously placed at least one online order with Fresh Face Skin before the Birthday Sale promotional period.

The $20 reward code:

• is valid for online purchases only;

• is valid until 11:59 pm AEST on Wednesday, 30 September 2026;

• must be redeemed before the expiry date and cannot be extended;

• cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion, sale, offer or Fresh Rewards/loyalty points;

• cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or store credit; and

• is intended for use by the customer who received the reward.

The $20 reward cannot be applied retrospectively to the qualifying Birthday Sale order.

11. Cancelled, Refunded or Altered Orders

Prize entries, complimentary gifts and promotional rewards are conditional on the associated qualifying purchase remaining valid.

If an order is cancelled, refunded or adjusted, Fresh Face Skin may remove or adjust the associated entries or promotional rewards where the order no longer meets the required eligibility or spend threshold.

Where an order originally qualifies for a complimentary gift, Restorative Sculpt treatment, $30 Fresh Rewards or $20 reward but is subsequently cancelled, refunded or adjusted so that it no longer meets the applicable eligibility requirements, the associated promotional benefit may also be removed or cancelled.

Nothing in this clause limits a customer's rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12. General Conditions

Fresh Face Skin reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any order or customer.

Any attempt to manipulate the promotion, create fraudulent orders or otherwise obtain additional entries or promotional rewards contrary to these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification.

If circumstances outside Fresh Face Skin's reasonable control prevent the promotion from operating as intended, Fresh Face Skin may reasonably modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law and where doing so does not unfairly prejudice customers or entrants.

Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be handled in accordance with Fresh Face Skin's Privacy Policy and used to administer the customer's order, promotional eligibility and prize draw.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any applicable laws and consumer rights that apply in other Australian states or territories.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
