These Terms & Conditions apply to the Fresh Face Skin Loyalty & Rewards Program (“Loyalty & Rewards Program”). By participating in the program, earning points or redeeming a reward, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership & Account Eligibility

• The Loyalty & Rewards Program is available for eligible Fresh Face Skin online customers.
• Loyalty points are linked to the email address associated with the customer’s account. Rewards can only be redeemed on an online order using the same email address connected to the account that earned the points.
• Points, reward coupons and other loyalty benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, assigned or moved to another person or customer account.
• Fresh Face Skin may suspend or disable access to the Loyalty & Rewards Program where it reasonably believes the program has been misused, manipulated or used contrary to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Earning Loyalty Points

• Customers earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent on eligible Fresh Face Skin online orders, based on the order value recorded through the Loyalty & Rewards Program.
• Please allow a short processing delay for points to appear in your Loyalty & Rewards account after an eligible purchase or activity.
• If an order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise adjusted, points earned from that order may also be deducted or adjusted to reflect the final eligible amount spent.

3. Reward Values

• Available reward values are currently:
• $5 off = 300 points
• $10 off = 600 points
• $20 off = 1,000 points
• Fresh Face Skin may update the rewards, points required or reward values offered through the Loyalty & Rewards Program from time to time.

4. Review Rewards

• Customers may earn loyalty points for eligible product reviews where review rewards are offered.
• A maximum of five (5) reviews in total per customer account can earn loyalty points. Once a customer has earned points for five reviews, additional reviews may still be submitted but will not earn further review points.
• Only genuine reviews based on the customer’s own experience are eligible for reward points. Duplicate, fraudulent, misleading, spam or otherwise ineligible reviews may be declined and any associated points may be removed.
• Reward points are provided for submitting an eligible review and are not dependent on the review being positive. Customers should always provide their genuine experience.
• Please allow a short delay for review points to be added to your account.
• Rewards generated from loyalty points, including points earned from reviews, cannot be combined with another discount offer and cannot be used on subscription purchases, as subscription purchases are already discounted.

5. Redeeming Points & Creating a Reward Coupon

• Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, refunded or redeemed for cash, bank transfer, store cash or any other monetary payment.
• When a customer selects a reward value and clicks to redeem their points, a unique reward coupon code is created and the corresponding points are deducted from their account.
• Please only redeem a reward when you intend to use the reward coupon on an eligible order. Before clicking to redeem, customers should check whether a Fresh Face Skin sale, automatic discount or other promotion is currently running.
• Once created, an unused reward coupon does not expire and remains available until it is used, disabled or otherwise becomes unavailable under these Terms & Conditions.
• If a customer redeems a reward coupon but no longer wishes to use it, they must contact Fresh Face Skin Customer Support, at:info@freshfaceskin.com.au If the coupon has not been used, Fresh Face Skin can disable the coupon and return the corresponding points to the customer’s account.
• Points are not automatically returned simply because a reward coupon has been created and not used.

6. Using Reward Coupons

• Reward coupons are valid for eligible online purchases only and cannot be redeemed against products, treatments, services or purchases made in the Fresh Face Skin salon.
• Reward coupons cannot be transferred to or used by another person and must be redeemed using the same customer email address associated with the Loyalty & Rewards account.
• Reward coupons cannot be combined with another discount code, coupon, reward coupon, automatic discount or promotional offer unless Fresh Face Skin expressly states otherwise.
• Reward coupons cannot be used during Fresh Face Skin sale events or other discounted promotional periods unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Reward coupons cannot be used on subscription purchases, as subscription orders are already discounted.
• Reward coupons themselves cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

7. Points & Reward Expiry

• Loyalty points do not expire while the customer’s Loyalty & Rewards account remains active.
• If a customer account is disabled or closed, unused loyalty points and associated rewards may no longer be available.
• A reward coupon that has already been created does not expire while unused, unless it is disabled, used or otherwise invalidated in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

8. Returns, Refunds & Order Adjustments

• All product returns, refunds, replacements and remedies remain subject to the Fresh Face Skin Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
• Fresh Face Skin does not accept change-of-mind returns on skincare products. Genuine product faults are assessed and remedied in accordance with the Fresh Face Skin Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
• Where an order is cancelled, refunded or adjusted, points earned from that order are reversed or adjusted accordingly.
• Where a reward coupon was used on an order that is later subject to an approved refund, replacement or other remedy, any loyalty point or reward adjustment will be managed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, the Fresh Face Skin Refund Policy and the circumstances of the order.

9. Misuse, Fraud & Point Adjustments

• Fresh Face Skin reserves the right to withhold, remove, cancel or reverse points or rewards where it reasonably believes they were earned or redeemed through fraud, duplicate activity, manipulation, unauthorised activity, technical error or misuse of the Loyalty & Rewards Program.
• Fresh Face Skin may correct a customer’s points balance or reward status where points or rewards have been credited, deducted or issued in error.

10. Changes to the Loyalty & Rewards Program

• Fresh Face Skin may amend these Terms & Conditions or change, pause or discontinue any part of the Loyalty & Rewards Program, including how points are earned, the value of rewards, the number of points required to redeem a reward and reward eligibility conditions.
• Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated through the Fresh Face Skin website, Loyalty & Rewards page, customer account or another appropriate customer communication.
• Any changes will apply from the date stated by Fresh Face Skin, subject to applicable law.

11. General

• Participation in the Loyalty & Rewards Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional conditions displayed with a particular reward or promotion.
• Fresh Face Skin’s standard website terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and other applicable purchasing terms continue to apply.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Customer Support

• If you have questions about missing points, a redeemed but unused reward coupon, a points adjustment or reward eligibility, please contact Fresh Face Skin Customer Support at:info@freshfaceskin.com.aubefore placing your order where possible.
• If an unused reward coupon needs to be cancelled so the corresponding points can be returned to your account, please contact Customer Support before using the coupon.
