Terms and Conditions for Competition
Competition Details:
We are giving away 5 x treatment vouchers to our 5-star Fresh Face Skin salon, each valued at $180. To enter, simply place an order in September. The winners will be drawn at random and contacted by phone in the 1st week of October, to book before Dec 23rd 2024 and must consent to having their photo taken at the salon for our social media platforms.
Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility:
This competition is open to residents of Melbourne, Australia, only.
Entrants must place an order on our website during the month of September to be eligible.
Prize:
The prize consists of 1 in-salon treatment voucher, valued at $180, to be used at our 5-star Fresh Face Skin salon.
The vouchers are treatment only and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other products.
Winner Selection and Notification:
This competition is for 5x winners that will be randomly selected from all eligible September entries.
The individual winners will be contacted by phone in the 1st week of October
The winner will be given a choice of appointment times to choose from for their salon visit.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
Winner must book their appointment within 8 weeks of receiving the voucher.
If the winner is a new client to Fresh Face Skin salon, or has not been to Fresh Face Skin salon in 4+ months - they must be booked in for our ‘New client’ or ‘Existing client treatment & consult’ treatment - as per salon policy.
Consent for Photography:
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to have their photo taken at the salon.
These photos may be used for promotional purposes on our social media platforms.
General Conditions:
The prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or transfers are allowed.
The competition organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organisers' control.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the organisers.

The competition organisers are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any entrant or by any third party connected with this competition.
The competition organisers accept no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
