Product Usage

How long does it take to see results?

Most people begin noticing improvements in hydration and skin comfort within 1–2 weeks. Deeper skin concerns may take longer as the skin barrier strengthens and renews, typically around 4–8 weeks with consistent use.

How much product should I use?

Most Fresh Face Skin products require only 1–2 pumps per application.

Can I mix different Fresh Face Skin treatments together?

Yes. Skin concerns can vary across the face, so you may apply different products to different areas depending on your skin’s needs.

For example, Healer Treatment can be used on breakout-prone areas as a spot treatment, while Reverser Treatment can be used on areas needing hydration and renewal.

Some products are also designed to be mixed together to simplify routines while supporting the skin:

  • Soother Treatment + NightShield Complex (night) for added barrier support and nourishment
  • Reverser Treatment or Healer Treatment + a small tap of Vitamin C powder (day) for brightening and antioxidant support
  • Reverser Treatment + Renewal Booster (night) for combined pigment support, anti-ageing, and skin renewal

How long do the products last?

Once opened, products typically have a 12–24 month shelf life, depending on the product. With regular daily use, most products last approximately 1–3 months.

How should I store my products?

Store products away from direct sunlight and heat, and below 30°C.

Can I store my skincare in the fridge?

This is not necessary unless your environment regularly exceeds 30°C.
